CNC technician
Salary: RMB 8K–15K × 12 Location: Suzhou
Responsibilities- Create accurate CNC programs from drawings and technical requirements, and optimize cutting parameters for efficient machining.
- Set up CNC machines, select tools and fixtures, and control machining accuracy and surface quality.
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot machining abnormalities promptly and maintain production continuity.
- Work with process engineers to improve fixtures and processes and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Follow first-article inspection requirements and archive machining records for traceability.
- College degree or above in mechanical engineering, CNC technology or a related field, with solid mechanical-drawing fundamentals.
- Proficiency with MAZAK, TSUGAMI and other mainstream controls, CAM code and macro-program logic.
- At least three years of CNC programming experience and the ability to operate turn-mill or vertical machining centres independently.
- Proficiency with UG, Mastercam or similar CAM software, drawing interpretation and tolerance analysis.
- Careful, responsible and resilient, with strong teamwork skills.
